Many of the questions we get from prospective purchasers of preconstruction high rise condos are the same. We've detailed them for you on this page for your convenience.
  
  • How do I become a member of the group? 
    This opportunity is not available to everyone. You'll need to contact us in order to pre-qualify for the opportunity.
      
  • What is the cost of membership?
    It's free. However, there's currently a $100,000 minimum to invest in projects - although you do not necessarily have to pull this money out of any existing investments you already have. There are many creative ways to fund your investment, such as Letters of Credit where you can leave your money in a current investment account such as a CD, Mutual Fund, or Stock Portfolio, and still take part in our program.
      
  • Will I ever be called upon to close on a unit?
    Not likely, but if it ever happens, you've hit the jackpot. When we get your qualification information, we'll explain why.
      
  • How much money can I make?
    It depends on the project, but in general, you stand to earn at least a 40% return on your investment assuming the project moves forward and doesn't get cancelled. Higher returns are also possible as well.
      
  • What are the risks involved?
    As with any investment, there are risks associated, although our investing plan makes those risks minimal. Should the project get cancelled, you obviously won't get that 40% return. However, in such a case, you are still entitled to receive your original investment, plus interest, as the money is held in an interest bearing account that the developer can never touch.
