There are basically six clearly defined steps
involved in participation in our preconstruction
group:
-
Register for consideration into the
group.
There is absolutely no obligation on your
part to move forward at this point.
Registration is a fact-finding mission for
us and for you both as we'll explain in much
more detail how we make this unique
opportunity work.
- If there is a match, you'll
be pre-qualified as to the extent of your
investment and how much you'd like to put
into the syndicate.
- Our group goes
out and
identifies a situation favorable to the
group with a developer. It's possible this
developer may be in any part of the United
States or even foreign-based. If the deal
makes sense to the group, any developer's
project will be considered.
- Once a deal is found, our group
will ask you to act for participation into
the deal to the amount pledged.
- One of the
following three things happen next:
A) Your unit is flipped before closing,
realizing at least a 40% investment gain to
you.
B) You are called to close on the unit, in
which case the 40% gain is built into the
price and MUCH MORE. (Closing is rare, but
it's a homerun if this happens).
C) The project gets cancelled, whereby
you'll receive a complete refund of your
money, plus interest as the funds are kept
in interest baring accounts that the
developer can never touch.
- You wait for the next project to come
along and repeat steps
3-5 over and over again.
